Greetings and welcome one and all; It's been a while.My recent research has indicated the human body begins  to experience swings of depression right about a week before Halloween and there after. If you follow ancient Chinese Medicine, you are aware Autumn has a profound effect on the Lungs;and deficient lung energy manifest sorrow and depression.Think about it...It's true! So why wait until the momennt arrives when you can diminish, if not eliminate the onslaught? Rather than take medication that sometimes contain very dangerous side effects( Listen a Television commercial for ie. Abilify: Listen to voice narrating the disclosure...Food for thought?) Why not try a more safer narrural approach:How about using your body to heal itself.:Tthere is a point on your ear, when pressed correctly,,will give the body a substational amount of relief. This point can be found on either side of the ear just before the lobe.Use your index finger and thumb to apply light, yet firm pressure for about 30 seconds;switch ears and repeat process. I soggest performing this task once in the morning.and before bedtime.. As usual, I have a recipe for you. This months recipe is not only easy to make, it's downright delicious!:D All you need is a juicer and the following ingredients:

4 Chard leaves* 1Cup of Spinach*1Lagre Beetroot* 2 Oranges * 1 Lemon * 1Pieice of Tumeric Mix all of the contents together and serve. If you are not allergic to either pumpkin seeds or walnuts,you may add them. They call this drink "Happy Juicie" and I agree  100% In fact I drink about 3 glasses a day although once in the morning at start of the day is sufficient. Believe me when I tell you that  depression can do a lot more than make you sad:It can cripple other vital organs in the body. Remember the lrss you are depress,the more you will progress. Here are a few points used to give relief to "Autumn Saddnest and even upcoming "Winter Blues" Place your index finger on the designated spot and place your thumb behind the ear for support. Apply firm but extreme pressure to the point for about 30 seconds.Release and take a deep breath.My ideal formula that use alot with my patients I call  "Angel's Triangle:" Shenmen to Diazepam to Depression( I think you know where I'm going with this technique.:) The juice is a very good alternative to persciption meds. As I mentioned earlier, you don't have to drink it multiple times daily but it is effective containing  all of the important vitals your body needs but in its natural form. I just like the taste of it; Epecially when it's slightly chilled!
